About me
I am a service design professional with a strong practical and academic background in facilitating interdisciplinary collaborations, and collective sensemaking for organizational change initiatives. In the past 15 years I have worked in a variety of design research and strategy roles, helping organizations learn new ways of thinking and doing things to create human-centric experiences. I have extensive experience in facilitating cross-departmental, multi-stakeholder workshops, projects and programs.
I am currently completing my doctoral dissertation in service design, workplace learning and social change. My research focuses on how civic service designers navigate the complex public sector terrain, and develop relationships across multiple communities of practice.
